Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only before the product is shipped. If the order has been processed and dispatched, we regret that we cannot cancel the order. In cases where the cancellation request is submitted before shipment, we will process a full refund.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item, under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags intact.

• The product should be in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. Return the item(s) to the address specified, and upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.

Return Shipping Fees

• Customer Responsibility: If the return is not due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, which is $10.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and confirm the returned item’s condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Shipping Fees

• Customer Responsibility: Unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges, which is $10.
