Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery.
- The item(s) must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included with the return.
- The item(s) must not have been altered, modified, or worn (except for trying on, provided the item remains in sellable condition).
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Items that are returned after the 60-day period.
- Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered by the customer.
- Items without their original tags, packaging, or accessories.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) within 2 business days.
- Package the item(s) securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship them to the address provided in the return instructions.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return. ufbpnp is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify they meet the eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 1-3 business days.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days from the date of inspection.
- Refunds will be issued in USD (United States Dollars) to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (usually 3-7 business days after processing).
- We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
- Global free shipping applies to original orders, but return shipping costs (if any) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Exceptions
